Reviews
Verified reviews only
No product has been released, so there are no purchases and no reviews. Here is exactly how they will work when there are.
No reviews yet.
Nothing has been released yet, so there are no purchases and no reviews. When reviews do appear here, they will only come from verified purchasers, and they will be published as written — including the critical ones.
No rating average is shown until there are enough real reviews for one to mean anything.
How it works
The rules, stated before there is anything to review
Verified purchasers only
A review can only be written from a single-use invitation sent to a confirmed order. There is no public review form.
Published as written
Moderation exists to remove spam, abuse and personal information — with a recorded reason. It cannot edit what a customer wrote.
Criticism stays criticism
A negative review is published as a negative review. There is no mechanism to rewrite one, and none to author a review from the admin side.
No average until it means something
A star average from a handful of reviews is noise dressed as data. It appears only once there are enough real reviews to be worth reading.
